Printer setting tips
The print layout will be automatically adjusted according to your selected label size. For most printers, you do not need to make any manual adjustments before printing.
Tips:
- If this is your first time printing, please review layout alignment on the Print Preview screen before printing.
- If the alignment appears to be correct in Print Preview but is off once printed, this is potentially a printer issue and alignment corrections may be needed at the printer level.
- If margins (blank spacings around the edge of the label sheet) appear larger than they should be in Print Preview, please make sure "Borderless Printing" is enabled (this is enabled by default on most printer models)
- This app uses the standard Windows printing process. If you already have a printer connected to your device, this app will be able to automatically detect this device (no additional setups needed). If you are having trouble printing, we would suggest testing to print from another program such as the Notepad app. You can also print to PDF format by choosing “Microsoft Print to PDF” and print the PDF document outside of this app. If you need help connecting your printer, please see https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/install-a-printer-in-windows-10
