How to create a Desktop shortcut:
Select Start and locate app
Drag and drop the app directly from the menu bar to Desktop to create a Desktop shortcut
How to pin app to Taskbar:
Select Start and locate app
Right click app and choose "More" > "Pin to taskbar"
